Green Platform: Over 100 Green Financing Programs for Ukraine's Sustainable Development
Green Platform – a gateway to green financing and sustainable development for Ukrainian businesses, state and municipal enterprises, and communities – has reached an important milestone: the catalog now features over 100 current green financing programs.
Integrating climate goals into Ukraine's post-war recovery requires systematic access to green financing. The Platform is designed to simplify access for businesses, state and municipal enterprises, and communities to financial instruments that promote energy resilience and green transition.
"Green transformation of the economy is impossible without access to financing. Green Platform brings together over 100 programs in a convenient catalog so that every Ukrainian enterprise and community can find tools to implement their environmental initiatives. This is a practical step toward making green recovery a reality for the entire country," comments Andriy Teliupa, Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine.
The Platform aggregates information about financing opportunities through programs from international and Ukrainian banks, donor organizations, state funds, international financial institutions (IFIs), as well as European support instruments for businesses and communities. The catalog already includes over 100 current programs and is constantly updated.
At the same time, this is an opportunity for financial partners to promote their green financing programs and accelerate Ukraine's green transformation.
Users can find various types of financing: grants as non-refundable financial aid for implementing green projects, loans with low rates or interest compensation, credit lines with adapted terms, leasing for purchasing energy-efficient equipment, equity investments in companies, special programs for startups with environmental innovations, as well as ESCO financing with return on investment through savings.
Green Platform is created for micro, small and medium enterprises, large enterprises, startups, state municipal enterprises and communities, condominiums and housing cooperatives, as well as other organizations regardless of ownership form. The Platform offers not only a convenient catalog but also personalized selection of financing programs according to specific needs of an enterprise or community.

The initiators of Green Platform creation are the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine within the "Made in Ukraine" policy framework and the Green Transition Office together with the analytical center DiXi Group. The Platform's creation was made possible with support from the International Renaissance Foundation within the project "Research and Advocacy of Opportunities for Green Recovery of Ukraine."
